OUR STORY
Pino’s Mercato
Family-owned. Market-grown. Since 1958.
Pino’s Mercato began in 1958, when Pino Narduzzo arrived in Australia from Italy with little more than a strong work ethic and a deep respect for good food. What started as a small family operation quickly became a trusted local name - built on early mornings, honest produce, and relationships that mattered.
Three generations later, we’re still doing things the same way. Still family-owned. Still deeply involved. Still fussy about quality.
Fresh fruit and vegetables aren’t just what we sell - they’re what we’ve built our lives around. We work closely with trusted growers and suppliers to bring the best seasonal produce to our customers, carefully selected and delivered with care.
This isn’t a side hustle or a brand exercise. It’s what we do, day in and day out.
Today, the business is led by the next generation of the Narduzzo family. I’m Mark Narduzzo, grandson of Pino and Maria, and for me this isn’t just a legacy - it’s personal. My days start early (very early), making sure produce is sourced, packed and delivered fresh, exactly as it should be. It’s a long day, but it’s the only way we know how to do it.
Pino’s Mercato has always been about more than fruit and veg. We’re part of the community that’s supported us for over six decades, and giving back has always mattered. We proudly work with local charities and organisations and continue to support the community that has supported us.
Good produce. Strong values. Three generations in - and we’re just getting started.
